What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?

I have a bachelors of science in Business Management with an emphasis on organizational leadership. I volunteer with the Delta Youth League, the Delta PTO, American Cancer Society, and the March of Dimes. I have lead a team of 300 employees and hired executive level positions. My experience and passion for success are needed on this board. I am dedicated to my community and the education of our children.

What do you see as the opportunities and challenges in the district?

I would like to see more educational opportunities for our children. This is a challenge in a small district, but with the right community leaders and teachers in place Delta has the potential to help our children prepare for their future in ways not being explored at this time.

How will you communicate your work to your constituents?

Communication is the key to success. The board and the community need to understand what the issues are and together make a plan to correct these issues.

What are the factors on which you will base your decisions as a school board member?

All decisions as a school board member will be made with the best interest of the teachers, students, and community.
