PRESS RELEASE
CAPE COUNTY TEA PARTY
MONTHLY MEETING
On May 20th, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., the Cape County Tea Party (CCTP) will hold its open monthly meeting at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. The meeting is called the Third Tuesday Tea Time and is held on the Third Tuesday of each month to continue the work to complete our Mission as stated below.
Property Rights:
While mostly known for engaging in peacekeeping missions across the globe, the United Nations (UN) carries out many other projects. Probably the most disconcerting is the UN effort to control the behavior of Americans -- all humans -- in regard to the use of their property. The UN has a well-documented intention to change human behavior; change consumption patterns; by-pass national and state governments; control land use; control local planning; control infrastructure provisioning; and control land development, waste disposal and water services. The UN even intends to involve itself in bringing about a fairer distribution of wealth, both between countries and between different social groups within countries.
Such an effort is completely antithetical to the freedom upon which America is built.
Come to the Cape County Tea Party Open Meeting this month to meet Todd Isaac Skelton and hear an informative discussion of this plan being implemented by the United Nations.
"The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. Property must be secured or liberty cannot exist." John Adams
Todd Isaac Skelton:
Todd Isaac Skelton, Ike to his friends and fellow patriots is locksmith by trade. Skelton is chairman of the Lebanon Tea Party. He frequently testifies at hearings in Jefferson City espousing liberty and advancing conservative ideals. Recently Ike coordinated the efforts in Missouri to repeal the Department of Interior designation of nearly 18 million acres in Arkansas and Missouri known as the White River Watershed National Blueway.
