PRESS RELEASE
CAPE COUNTY TEA PARTY
MONTHLY MEETING
On March 17th, 2015 at 6:30pm, the Cape County Tea Party (CCTP) will hold its open monthly meeting at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. The meeting is called the Third Tuesday Tea Time and is held on the Third Tuesday of each month to continue the work to complete our Mission as stated below.
Candidate Forum:
On April 7th, the yearly Municipal Elections will be held throughout Missouri. Many candidates and several issues are on the ballot for Cape Girardeau County. All candidates in contested races have been invited to speak at this month's TTTT in a Candidate Forum. To date, five candidates have agreed to join us, and we hope for more. They are: David Hitt, Dwain Hahs, Brad Noel, Michael Kasten, and Anthony Keele.
Ballot Issues And Questions:
There are nine ballot issues and questions on the April 7th ballot -- everything from tax increase and bond issues to changes in the way elections are held. Following the Candidate Forum, as time permits, CCTP members will lead a review and discussion of some of the ballot questions.
We hope you will attend this informative session...
