Cape Central's Chase Hagerty signs letter of intent with SEMO

Chase Hagerty's baseball skills will pay off next year when he enrolls for classes at Southeast Missouri State University on a baseball scholarship! During his time at Cape Central High School, he pitched all 4 years, receiving the following honors: All Conference 1st Team 2014, All District 1st Team 2014, Valle Catholic All-Tournament Team 2014, SEMO Conference All-Tournament Team 2014, All Conference Honorable Mention 2013 and 2012, and All District Honorable Mention 2012.

"Chase has been an outstanding pitcher since his career began as a freshman at Cape Central. I had to coach against him two years and know first-hand how dominant and effective he can be. His intensity and competitive drive are what I see as his defining traits," said Coach Kitchen.
