Two-time Country Music Association Instrumentalist of the Year Buck Trent will perform during the Heartland Pops 2011 Christmas Show on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 2:00P.M. at Cape Central Junior High School. In addition to his numerous appearances on "Hee-Haw", "The Roy Clark Show", and "The Porter Wagoner Show", Buck has appeared with all the major stars of country music. Guitarist Kenny Parrot, who performs in Buck's Branson Morning Show will also appear on stage. Brian Alworth from KFVS-TV will be the guest narrator for "The Christmas Story". Other performers will be the Dexter Public School 8th Grade Honor Choir and the Immacualte Conception Choristers and Bells of Joy Ringers. Tickets are $12.50 for adults and $10.00 for students ages 6-12 and can be purchased at Shivelbine's Music or by calling 979-1597 or 579-6127. Children under 6 are free.
