In the spring of 2005, a young male quartet from Southern Illinois began their musical journey of performing 50s and 60s music A Cappella style, interspersed with gospel songs. Through the years, "Blend" has continued to represent the music of the 50s and 60s while keeping their focus on God.

The much sought after quartet will perform at Maple United Methodist Church, Sunday, June 1 at 10:15 a.m. In addition to the popular 50s and 60s songs, the young men also will share their favorite gospel hymns and stories.

All are invited to attend the 10:15 a.m. service. There is no charge for the concert, but a free will offering will be taken. The church is located on the corner of Cape Rock and Jean Ann Drive.
