Annual bonfire held

The Brain Injury & Stroke Resource Group held its annual bonfire on Oct. 12. It was hosted by Donna Fee. Hannah Toombs, left, won the gift basket donated by Fee at the Brain Injury & Stroke Resource Group information booth at the SEMO District Fair in September. The basket was filled with beauty control products. The gift basket was donated by Fee. Seated next to Hannah is Fee with Elizabeth Schott standing in back. The Brain Injury & Stroke Resource Group meets the first Monday of every month at Cape Girardeau Public Library. the group comes together to raise awareness of brain injuries and strokes and offers support for family members.
