Animal Abandonment

We need your help. Last night we received 4 calls of abandoned animals in Perry County. I have attached pictures of one of the groups. These six dogs were left behind when the owners moved away. They are starving and full of mange. We need help getting the people who did this. We have no county animal control and they are calling me as president of PAWS. I have no authority to do anything for these poor animals. Can you please help us by airing these photos and help us make people aware that they can be prosecuted for animal abandonment? Awareness is all we can do to help open eyes of people.
