It's not often that a comedy of this stature comes to the area -- Jerry Seinfeld plays two shows at Paducah's Carson Center tonight.
Unfortunately, both shows are sold out. But in the entertainment game, you never know when some extra tickets will be released, so hardcore Seinfeld fans might find making the trip to Paducah without tickets in hand to be worth the drive.

The Pageant, St. Louis
"Mad TV" veteran Frank Caliendo is well-known for his impersonations of celebrities and influential like Pres. George Bush, Jack Nicholson and Terry Bradshaw. Now the comedian and Fox NFL pre-game contributor has his own show on TBS, "Frank TV."
Saturday Caliendo brings his touring act to The Pageant night club in St. Louis. Tickets are $40.75. Shows at 7 and 9:30 p.m.

The 2001 Tony Award winner for Best Theatrical Event and 2001 Emmy Award winner for Best Choreography, "BLAST!" is coming to the Fox Theatre Jan. 18-20. The show is described as "a celebration of movement and music," inspired by the showmanship of marching bands.

Trout Fishing in America is a band both children and adults can enjoy, say their legion of devoted fans of all ages. Two years ago the group family-friendly folk/pop duo headlined Cape Girardeau's ArtsCape festival. Saturday they'll play Memphis.
