Businesses owned, all or part: I do not own any businesses.

Previous offices held or sought: I have held two previous terms as a council member on the Sedgewickville city council. I also held the position of Secretary on the Sedgewickville volunteer fire board. I steped down from this position when I returned to school in the fall of 2009.

What is the most important issue facing Sedgewickville?: There are many important issues the city council is facing at the moment. Two of the most important issues are, the induction of a town storm warning system, and a new well for city water.

What in your background or education makes you qualified for this office?: Experience as a council member mostly. When trying to work through issues that affect the community, getting to know people and what they want and need makes knowing what to drive toward much easier.

Why are you better qualified than your opponents?: My opponents, should I have any this election, will not have any past experience dealing with the issues at hand. For the past few years we, the council, have placed a large emphesis on the towns Labor Day celebration and beautifying the park. Knowing what the council has planned for both gives me a leg-up on someone running against me and coming in mid-project.
