__What is the biggest economic challenge facing Perryville? What can be done about it?__

The biggest economic challenge facing Perryville is availability of residential housing. We need more housing of all types so as to attract more people to live and work here. Our city government should extend infrastructure utilities into areas of potential residential development.

__What in your background or education makes you qualified for this office?__

The combination of leadership training as a Navy Civil Engineer Corp Officer, my extensive knowledge and experience in business and municipal public works will be of great value in moving our city forward. I have a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a master of science in professional management. My base of support comes from the hard working people of Perryville with traditional values of individual liberty and personal responsibility.

__What infrastructure improvements would you like to see?__

Our city needs an updated and more detailed capital improvement plans for all infrastructure. This plan is the list of future income and expenses necessary for sound management and should be updated annually. This is our "things to do" list, our shopping list, our vision for future infrastructure improvements. Our water, sewer, and gas systems, so essential to our quality of life comforts, need our constant attention.
