1. What is the most important issue facing (insert name of district)? State and federal funding.

2. Funding the increase to the school foundation formula is a point of debate among state politicians. What should the district do to prepare for a potential shortfall in funding? We should try to stay within our budget. Keep our spending down to a minimum. Most of all, we need to pray and have faith that our needs will be met and continue to give our students the very best education the deserve.

3. What in your background or education makes you qualified for this office? I have lived in Leopold all my life. I graduated from Leopold. I have two children that attend there. I have served on the school board for three years. As far as being qualified for this, any one of the candidates running is qualified. I have enjoyed the time I have served and hope to serve another term. We have a great school with wonderful students, staff and faculty. Parent and community involvement plays a vital role in our success.
