What makes your business unique?

Brian S Gerau, executive director: The JACoC is unique. Most chambers our size have three to four full-time staff, but with a smaller staff we have a very close relationship with our members and their staff. That's what makes our chamber great. I believe our strengths are we listen close, work with great dedication and never lose sight of our purpose to business and community. The JACoC is extremely proud to be involved in our business community and very appreciative of the support we have received. We appreciate every member of every size from every professional industry. We know that we could not assist at the level we are at without each and every member.

What future plans do you have for your business?

BG: Our business plan is growing and retaining business in Jackson. Our goal is to retain our membership; assisting them in their needs, while slowly growing new members while recruiting new business to Jackson to fill certain niches and needs.

BG: The staff at the JACoC will always put our members first. Our goal is to make sure our members are 100 percent satisfied.
