What is the most important issue facing Chaffee?

We need more efficient use of city resources for infrastructure maintenance and improvements. A plan needs to be developed and implemented to require upkeep on vacant properties.

What in your education or background makes you qualified for this office?

I have experience in most phases of construction. I have reviewed city ordinances and attended city council meetings to follow city business. I have no family employed by the city and can promise to be objective in making decisions.

Why are you better qualified than your opponent(s)?

How should Chaffee fund basic services in the slumping economy?

Chaffee city government needs to be more effective in recruiting businesses and in promoting a business environment.
