Conflict in the Cape County Commission

For the past several weeks, Cape Girardeau County Commissioners have been in conflict with one another over a variety of issues. The latest development -- commissioners' oversight duties were reassigned, with Commissioner Jay Purcell losing much of his oversight power in a contentious meeting Monday.
