Jackson Optimist Club's chili meal Friday The Jackson Noon Optimist Club will hold its annual chili day Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Fellowship Hall. People can join members of the League of Women Voters of Southeast Missouri at 1 p.m. Friday to visit the Southeast Missouri Network Against Sexual Violence at 63 Doctors Park in Cape Girardeau.
Members are encouraged to bring a Beanie Baby or a VCR tape for the agency's use in interviewing children.
