ST. LOUIS -- The Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "Christmas Eve & other Stories" will be presented Dec. 4 at the Fox Theatre.
The show is a rock opera based on the 1996 album of the same name. It chronicles the mission of heaven's youngest angel to bring back "the one thing that represents everything good that has been done in the name of this day." The angel helps bring a runaway child home for Christmas.
The production combines a classical orchestra and a hard rock band in a score that includes adaptations of traditional Christmas music and original compositions.
