What makes your business unique?
Cathy Willen, audiologist: We strive to provide superior customer service with professional evaluations and state of the art hearing aids. Our prices are competitive, and we have products available for every budget. We offer a 45-day return option for anyone who is not completely satisfied with their amplification.
What future plans do you have for your business?
CW: As the hearing aid technology continues to evolve quickly, we keep pace with new developments and are constantly adding them to our line up of products.
What do you like about doing business in a small town?
CW: The benefits of doing business in a small town are provided in the word-of-mouth marketing. If someone is happy with your services, they tell their friends and family and then they become part of our family.
Are there any long-term employees you would like to recognize? Why?
CW: We have been blessed to have two longtime employees who make our business run. Sheila Rhymer has been our front office manager from the beginning, and Kristi Cavaness is a licensed hearing instrument specialist that makes the clinic run smoothly. We could not operate without their kindness and efficiency.
What was your biggest success in 2012?
CW: 2012 was a great year for serious improvements in amplification. The new hearing aids look and sound better, feedback less and can connect people to life much more efficiently. We have seen much more patient satisfaction with the newer products making our job and their lives better.
