Wozniak - Thrower

Michael and Mary Ellen Wozniak of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Marie, to Anthony Travis Thrower of Jackson. He is the son of Tony and Teresa Thrower of Jackson.

Amanda received a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University and a doctor of pharmacy degree from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Ariz. She is a pharmacist at Southeast Hospital.

Thrower received a bachelors of science degrees in exercise science and nursing and will begin working toward doctor in nursing practice degree in nurse anesthesia at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tenn., in June. He is a critical care nurse at Southeast Hospital.

A May 3 outdoor wedding is planned in Cape Girardeau.
