Kris Montroy of Chester, Illinois, and Michael and Tami Williamson of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Elaina Williamson, to James Robert Michael Downing, both of Benton, Missouri. He is the son of Rodger and Angela Downing of Oran, Missouri.

Elaina is a 2012 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Walmart in Jackson.
