Marsha and Larry Sims of Cape Girardeau and Bobby and Kathy Williams of Sedona, Ariz., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jillian Dove Williams, to Arthur Dennis Jones. He is the son of Karen Jones of Cape Girardeau and Mack and Verna Jones of Malden, Mo.

Jones is a 1998 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. He attended Lincoln University. He is employed by Southern Towing Co.
