Williams - Crites

Russell and Cheryl Beth Williams of St. Peters, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Rena Williams, to Allen Crites. He is the son of Michael Crites of Puxico, Mo., and Debbie West of Paragould, Ark.

Kimberly received a bachelor of science degree in exceptional education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004, and a master's degree in teacher leadership in 2013. She is a special education teacher with Cape Girardeau School District at Cottonwood Residential Treatment Center, and also works part time at TJ Maxx.

Allen is pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Southeast. He is a youth specialist with Division of Youth Services.

An Oct. 19 wedding is planned at Mount Pisgah General Baptist Church in Silva, Mo.
