Webb - Griffin

KENNETT, Mo. -- Scott and Margaret Webb of Kennett announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Nicole Webb, to Jeremy Lee Griffin. He is the son of Bud and Regina Griffin of Sikeston, Mo., and Deanna and Michael Tierney of Wells, Nev.

Webb is a 2004 graduate of Kennett High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2010, and is pursuing a master's degree in history.

Griffin is a 2006 graduate of Oran High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in computer and multimedia graphics from Southeast in 2010, and is pursuing a master's degree in technology management. He is a teaching assistant at the university.

A Sept. 11 wedding is planned at the Opera House in Kennett.
