Watson - Townsend

Lanny and Monique Watson of Holcomb, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Diana Jo Watson, to Jeremiah David Townsend, both of Scott City. He is the son of Jon and Tonyua Townsend of Cape Girardeau.

Watson is a 2005 graduate of Holcomb High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 2008. She is an accountant with Hillin and Clark, PC.

Townsend is a 2002 graduate of Chaffee High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Southeast in 2006, and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration. He is an IT technician with Delta Companies Inc.

A Jan. 2, 2010, wedding is planned at First United Methodist Church in Kennett, Mo.
