Walton - Steck

April Walton of Covington, Tenn., and Donnie and Shari Walton of Holts Summit, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Walton, to Shane Steck, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Bob and Judy Steck of Jackson, Dan and Lisa Greene of Cape Girardeau, and the late Tempa Greene.

Megan is a graduate of Jefferson City High School. She expects to graduate in May 2014 from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor of arts degree in acting/directing. She is employed at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Shane is a graduate of Central High School. He expects to receive a bachelor of arts degree in corporate communication from Southeast in December 2014. He is employed at Buffalo Wild Wings.

A Sept. 21 wedding is planned at Cape Bible Chapel.
