Walker-Aufdenberg

William and Peggy Walker of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Walker, to Cory Aufdenberg, both of St. Louis. He is the son of Rick and Renee Aufdenberg of Jackson.

Walker is a 2001 graduate of Ste. Genevieve High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2005. She is employed with Travers and Associates in St. Louis.

Aufdenberg is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. He is pursuing a master's degree in physical therapy at Maryville University in St. Louis.

An Aug. 11 wedding is planned at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.
