JACKSON, Mo. -- Fred and Pat Vogt of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Vogt, to Bobby Brewer, both of Tucson, Ariz. He is the son of Larry and Jane Brewer of Lakemont, Ga.

Vogt expects to receive a degree in communications from the University of Arizona in May 2002.

Brewer received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Georgia. He is pursuing a master's degree in sports management.

A May 2002 wedding is planned in Cape Girardeau.
