Vogel-Wiley

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Vogel of Scott City and Carol Vogel of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Rose Vogel, to Donnie Gene Wiley. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jan van der Wel of Scott City and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Essner of Cape Girardeau.

Vogel is a 2002 graduate of Central High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and is currently attending AGA School for the U.S. Navy in Biloxi, Miss.

Wiley is a 2000 graduate of Scott City High School, and is a senior at Southeast. He is employed at Sam's Club.

A July 23 wedding is planned at Cornerstone Wesleyan Church in Scott City.
