Neil and Mary Sue Conrad of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Lynn Underwood, to Eric Scott Olson, both of St. Peters, Mo. He is the son of Lester and Donna Olson of St. Louis. Underwood is also the daughter of the late Larry D. Underwood.
Underwood is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a nurse with United Services Preschool For the Handicapped.

Olson is a 1995 graduate of CBC High School in St. Louis. He received a bachelor of arts degree in biology and a master of science degree in industrial hygiene from Central Missouri State University. He is safety director with Fred Weber Construction Inc.
A Nov. 5 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson.
