Trousdale - Farrar

Dennis and Patty Burke of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Deanna Elizabeth Burke Trousdale, to Kenneth Dean Farrar, both of DeSoto, Mo. He is the son of Barbara Farrar of Morrisville, Mo., and the late James Farrar.

Trousdale is a 1988 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2006 graduate of Jefferson College. She is a paramedic with St. Louis Fire Department and a paramedic/firefighter with DeSoto Fire Department.

Farrar is a 1982 graduate of DeSoto High School. He is owner/operator of K&D Electrical Services in DeSoto.

A June wedding is planned in DeSoto.
