Trotter - Beasley

Gary Lee and Christine Petzoldt of Jackson and David and Peggy Trotter of Florissant, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Renea Trotter, to Jonathan Scott Beasley. He is the son of William and Christy Beasley of Jackson.

Trotter is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. She is a teller at First Midwest Bank in Jackson.

Beasley is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University in May, and is a graduate student at Iowa State University.

An Aug. 9 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Jackson.
