Toole - Mitsdarfer

Allen and Anita Toole of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Toole, to Patrick Mitsdarfer. He is the son of Bob and Ramona Mitsdarfer of Longview, Illinois.

Amanda is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a registered nurse in the surgery department at SoutheastHEALTH.

Patrick is a 2004 graduate of Heritage High School in Broadlands, Illinois. He received a bachelor's degree in natural resources from the University of Illinois, and a master's degree in biology from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a conservationist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Anna, Illinois.

An Oct. 17 wedding is planned at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
