Richard and Brenda Stroer of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacy Ann Stroer, to Tyler John Puchbauer. He is the son of Robert and Linda Puchbauer of Jackson. A Feb. 28 wedding is planned at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.
