Stout-Goff

Nathan and Debbie Stout of Shelton, Wash., Celeste Goff of Cape Girardeau, and Don Goff of Greenville, Mo., announce the engagement of their children, Andrea Kaleiwohiokalani Stout and Brian Robert Goff.

Stout is a 2001 graduate of Shelton High School, and is pursuing a degree in counseling at Oregon State University. She is employed with Advanced Chiropractic Rehab in Shelton.

Goff is a 1999 graduate of Central High School. He is a specialist in the U.S. Army, stationed with the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash.

A Sept. 3 wedding is planned in Tacoma.
