Don and Helen Spooler of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Spooler, to Logan Riley. He is the son of Linda Jantze of Milford, Neb., and the late Bill Riley.

Spooler is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2003 graduate of Concordia University. She is a sixth grade teacher at St. Paul Lutheran School in Leavenworth, Kan.

Riley is a 2000 graduate of Dorchester High School. He is a dairy farmer in Beaver Crossing, Neb.

A July 10 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.
