Smith-Howlett

Wayne and Debbie Smith of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashleigh Justine Smith, to Charlie Harrison Howlett, both of Fort Worth, Texas. He is the son of Chuck and Heidi Howlett of Geneva, Ill.

Smith received a nursing degree from Texas Christian University in 2006. She is employed at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

Howlett received a degree in graphic design from the university in 2006. He is a graphic designer at Concussion in Fort Worth.

The couple will be married Jan. 27 at Robert Carr Chapel on the TCU campus.
