Siat - Majors

Elle Siat and Carson Majors of Orlando, Fla., announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Ramon and Rogelia Siat of Ballwin, Mo. He is the son of Hal and Bonnie Majors of Cape Girardeau.

Siat received a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Southeast Missouri State University in 2008. She expects to graduate in December from Digital Animation and Visual Effects School at Universal Studios in Orlando.

Majors is a 1997 graduate of Central High School, and served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He received a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Southeast in 2008.

A Sept. 9 wedding is planned in Orlando.
