ORAN, Mo. -- Billy Ray and Julie Senciboy of Oran announce the engagement of their daughter, Mistie Diane Senciboy, to Jacob Patrick Ressel, both of Kelso, Mo. ORAN, Mo. -- Billy Ray and Julie Senciboy of Oran announce the engagement of their daughter, Mistie Diane Senciboy, to Jacob Patrick Ressel, both of Kelso, Mo. He is the son of Pat and Cheryl Ressel and Penny Ressel, all of Scott City.

Senciboy received an associate of science degree from Mineral Area College. She is a respiratory therapist at SoutheastHEALTH.

Ressel received a bachelor of science degree in ag business from Southeast Missouri State University. He is an assistant manager at Buchheit Agri in Morehouse, Mo.

A May 11, 2013, wedding is planned at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran.
