Seabaugh-Reyna

David and Trish Seabaugh of Florissant, Mo., and Juanita Koen of St. Peters, Mo., all formerly of Scott City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Meredith Seabaugh, to John Victor Reyna. He is the son of John and Linda Reyna of Pipe Creek, Texas.

Seabaugh received a bachelor of arts degree in foreign languages and international studies from St. Louis University in 2005. She is a figure skating coach in St. Louis.

Reyna is a graduate of Bandera High School in Bandera, Texas. He is stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps in Quantico, Va.

A Nov. 19 wedding is planned at the Marine Corps Memorial Chapel in Quantico.
