ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Richard and Christy Scott of Altenburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Lynn Scott, to Justin Michael Dobsch of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Mitchell and Donna Dobsch of Festus, Mo. Scott received bachelor of arts degrees in music and anthropology from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Music Academy...

ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Richard and Christy Scott of Altenburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Lynn Scott, to Justin Michael Dobsch of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Mitchell and Donna Dobsch of Festus, Mo.

Scott received bachelor of arts degrees in music and anthropology from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Music Academy.

Dobsch received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana. He is employed at Newell-Rubbermaid in Jackson.

A Sept. 2 wedding is planned at Chaumette Vineyard in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
