Scherer - Statler

BENTON, Mo. -- Vince and Carol Hulshof of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Carole Scherer, to Joshua Paul Statler, both of Chesterfield, Mo. He is the son of Ivan and Susan Statler of Jackson.

Scherer is a 2003 graduate of Kelly High School, and received a degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is meeting and event coordinator with Experint Inc.

Statler received a degree in personal financial planning from the university.

An April 26 wedding is planned at St. Denis Church in Benton.
