Mike and Lisa Schaefer of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Gale Schaefer, to Jason Ryan Landis. He is the son of Wayne and Bernadette Landis of Scott City. Schaefer is a 1999 graduate of Scott City High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in social work from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003.
