Schabbing-Cozean

JACKSON, Mo. -- Dr. and Mrs. William Schabbing of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Ann Schabbing of Cape Girardeau, to John Eberhart Cozean of Sikeston, Mo. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles H. Cozean Jr. of Cape Girardeau.

Schabbing is a 1991 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy from St. Louis University in 1997. She is employed at the Hand Center of Orthopaedic Associates in Cape Girardeau.

Cozean is a 1989 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Wake Forest University in 1994, and is a 1998 graduate of Thomas Cooley Law School. He is a member of Blanton, Rice, Sidwell, Nickell and Cozean Law Firm in Sikeston.

An Oct. 5 wedding is planned at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, Mo.
