ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Gary Sachs and Shelley Sachs of Altenburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Jeanine Sachs, to Robert Lee Martin II. He is the son of Robert "Tex" Martin and Karen Martin of Frohna, Mo.

Sachs is a 2004 graduate of Perryville High School. She is employed at Crowe Orthodontics.
