Ruetz - Hirschburg

Franklin Ruetz and Julia Smith-Ruetz of Lacey, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Claire Ruetz, to Michael Bailey Hirschburg. He is the son of Peter and Peggy Hirschburg of Cape Girardeau.

Ruetz is a 2006 graduate of River Ridge High School in Lacey. She received a bachelor of arts degree in drama from the University of Montana in 2009. She is employed with Xerox Services in Lacey.

Hirschburg is a 2003 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007. He is employed at Meconi's Restaurant in Lacey.

A July 27 wedding is planned on Puget Sound in Olympia, Wash.
