Ruddy-Collins

Tim and Linda Ruddy of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Maggie Ruddy, to Todd Collins. He is the son of Anne Richards of Dalton, Minn., and the late David Collins of Elkhart, Ind.

Ruddy is a 1989 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from the University of Kansas, a physicians assistant degree from Red Rocks Community College, and a master's degree in medical science from St. Francis University.

Collins received a bachelor's degree in computer science at DePauw University, and a master's degree in business from Indiana University.

A Jan. 21, 2006, wedding is planned in Tulum, Mexico.
