Matt and Teri Ruch of Daisy announce the engagement of their daughter, Mindy Lee Ruch, to Justin Todd Petzoldt. He is the son of Jerry and Darlene Petzoldt of Jackson. Petzoldt is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed by city of Cape Girardeau and is a self-employed farmer.

An Aug. 21 wedding is planned at St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle, Mo.
