Rodgers - miller

Whitney Paige Rodgers and Jesse James Miller exchanged wedding vows June 20, 2009, in the gazebo at Common Pleas Courthouse. Rich Summers performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Todd Rodgers of Cape Girardeau, and the late Beth Rodgers. The groom is the son of Janice Miller of Buffalo, N.Y.

A reception was held at the home of Priscilla Rodgers of Cape Girardeau, aunt of the bride.

Mrs. Miller is a graduate of Centralia, Ill., High School. She attended Southeast Missouri State University.

The groom is a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army, formerly stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky. He is attending Drill Sergeant School in Fort Jackson, S.C.

After completing his training, the couple will reside in Fort Jackson.
