Richards - Frazier

Scott and Mary Richards of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Richards, to Mark Frazier. He is the son of Stanley and Patty Frazier of Eminence, Mo.

Richards received a master's degree in occupational therapy from St. Louis University. She is employed at Kenny Rogers Children's Center in Sikeston, Mo., and Saint Francis Medical Center.

Frazier received a degree in marketing from Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed by West Park Mall.

An Oct. 6 wedding is planned in Commerce, Mo.
