Reno-Knowlan

Bill and Wenlan Reno of Caruthersville, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lara Leanne Reno, to Spencer Allen Knowlan. He is the son of Jack and Bonnie Knowlan of Jackson.

Reno is a 2001 graduate of Caruthersville High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005. She is a fourth grade teacher with Columbia School District at Derby Ridge Elementary.

Knowlan is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003. He is an account manager with Goedecke Construction.

A June 2008 wedding is planned at First Presbyterian Church in Caruthersville.
